Hello everyone!
Inspired by all the awesome maps you keep sending us, we’ve decided to hold a map contest!
Map submissions will be accepted from now until July 31st. We will announce winners on August 2nd.
First place will receive a $10 OWM gift code which can be used toward art packs. Two runner ups will receive a $5 OWM gift code.
Rules
By sending us an entry map, you agree to the following rules:
- The map must be an original map that you made.
- Maps must be made using Other World Mapper. Only very minimal post export editing allowed.
- At least 95% of feature artwork must be from Other World Mapper or the art packs.
- You agree to allow us to share the map on social media/showcase it on our website (with accreditation given).
- You can include a watermark with your name, website, etc.
- Maps that don’t win can be submitted again next time we have a contest.
- Please limit to one map entry per person.
- It’s definitely OK to submit a map you sent us before to share on FB, Twitter, etc!
How to Submit
You can submit your map in any of the following ways:
- Facebook: Post to our Facebook page or Facebook group and use the hashtag #OWMMapContest
- Twitter: Tweet at us with the map and use the hashtag #OWMMapContest
- Via email: email us the map or a link to dropbox (or similar)
