Old maps won't open in latest version (Software Crash)

Hello,

I'm having the exact same problem as reported in this thread: https://www.otherworldmapper.com/forum/ ... f=16&t=708

I just replaced OWM after a hard drive crash but my old maps won't open now. I'm sorry but I don't remember the previous version of OWM I had installed. I didn't use it or upgrade it after my heart attack in 2019, so it was anywhere from 2019 to 2021.

When I try to open the maps, they keep crashing the new software. I'd love to be able to access these. I put a lot of work into them. Is there a way I can recover these?

Sorry for the late reply here. It was likely a pre-release, early beta version. The first couple of released version convert the maps to the final/release format.

For the existing maps:
1. You can send us your map to "info@threemindssoftware.com" and we'll convert it for you
2. I can make an older version available to you that would "bridge" the gap.
