Empty Palette

If you have selected a feature in the Palette (it is then attached to your mouse and ready to be placed) and then try to cancel this action by pressing Esc, the Palette is empty and it is not possible to select another feature.

Bug is fixed in v0.7.2.
Esc is not emptying the palette as before, but the feature is still selected after pressing Esc. If it is possible, I would like to deselect the feature by pressing Esc OR clicking the right mouse button. Not a big deal, but nice to have (at least for me...).

Yay! We'll add functionality so that pressing Esc returns you to the move tool.
