The program consistently crashes while I'm using the delta tool. It will draw the initial delta, but usually crashes when I try to link the river offshoot to another river, or when I right click to finish the delta/river.

Working on reproducing and fixing for Beta. We must have missed it with the last batch of changes to the delta functionality.
